Printing station : 

It includes three rows such as lot number, producing-date & term of validity; changing batch number does not need taking down the whole plate; changing heat foil membrane does not need tools, is fixed by pneumatic fixture.Advanced welding mouldAdopting whole welding forming mould , the output bag shape showing no difference .No wrong sample, unique osmosis level, can improve welding quality, the life of welding  modle crease greatly 

Sealing station: 

The external caps are sucked by vacuum , without any grana ;Located  by  the  clamp ,is more  exact , cannot  make  the  grane ; Accurate  controls  the  pressure  and  time  of cap  welding, to ensure  the  welding  quality . The cap  transmission  adopts  neat  compress  air, to  avoid  the  grana  pollution  which  come from  the   compression  friction  of  the  composite  caps.

Outputting station: 

The filled and sealed bags are transported by clamping apparatus; meanwhile remove no-required products. They are carried to the sterilizing procedure by belt conveying machine.

Bag mouth heat closing station: 

Adopting preheat in advance and welding technique many times , let it to suiting for the plastic material and film material , and the user get more selection.

Bag Transportation:Adopting isobaric constant theory, maintenance convenient and accurate filling .

Filling Station: Adopts the principle of isopiestic pressure and residual current and the filling precision is high. The front equipment of welding interface carries with a set of squeezing and exhaust air apparatus, and it controls exactly, can let the air residue, consumption of bag to reduce more, and maintain the unify appearance.
