Main application:
This machine is suitable for the cleaning of antibiotic vials and oral liquid bottle in pharmaceutical industy.
Working principle:
The glass container slides along the bottle entering disc into the conveyance net belt, which is delivered into bottle handing disc, then divided into six rows to enter dial wheels . The dial wheels separates the containers smoothly and pushes them into the turning track, then carry out such procedures:circulating water injecting, ultrasonic washing,injection water external washing, compressed air internal flushing, injection water internal flushing,compress air external and internal flushing. It achieves the aim of complete rinsing , it is sent from cleaning machine and enters drying sterilizing tunnel.
